Fleet Partner Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Partner Manager to develop and maintain

strong relationships with fleet partners, ensuring seamless operations and optimal

performance. This role involves managing daily operations, enhancing partner satisfaction,

ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners, including contract negotiations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring fleet partners meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance fleet partner satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain reports on fleet partner performance, utilization, and profitability.
• Oversee the onboarding process and ensure new partners meet company standards.
• Handle escalated issues and complaints, providing prompt resolutions.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage budget planning and expense control for fleet partner operations.
