Fleet Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and monitor Periodic Maintenance Services (PMS) for the entire fleet
2. Coordinate with authorized Maruti dealerships and local garages for vehicle servicing and repairs
3. Maintain accurate records of each vehicle including PUC, tyre condition, battery history, insurance, and fitness
4. Oversee tyre and battery management, including tracking lifespan and ensuring timely replacements
5. Conduct daily vehicle inspection reports and escalate any issues for immediate action
6. Liaise with workshops for repair estimates, approvals, and coordination of vehicle release
7. Regularly update fleet tracking systems or Excel sheets with maintenance data
8. Share daily, weekly, and monthly fleet maintenance reports with relevant stakeholders

Operational & Vendor Management:

• Manage and evaluate local garages, OEM-authorized workshops, and spares vendors
• Optimize costs while ensuring safety and performance standards

Support emergency repairs and arrange alternate vehicles when required
