Coordinate with the recruitment team and conduct domain interview in
Recruitment drives.
2. To coordinate with HR Training wing and conduct preparatory training to the
new pilots.
3. To coordinate with HR training wing and conduct refresher training to the
pilots.
4. Responsible for identifying the training needs for the pilots in consultation
with HR Training wing.
5. Responsible for designing the training content and modules for Preparatory,
On-filed and refresher training programmes.
6. To support Fleet executives with Training content and modules for district
level training events.
7. Designing and executing feedback process for specific training modules.
8. Responsible for designing and executing evaluation process.
9. Responsible for inviting and facilitating external technical domain experts (
Traffic Police, RTA officials, APSRTC Officials, JK tyre service engineer,
FML service engineer etc) for training the pilots.
10. Responsible for designing and communicating the monthly calendar to the
training faculty. Should also ensure smooth execution of the program.
11. Documentation of the details of the training programmes.
12. Pro active tie ups with industry leaders (In automotives) for training set-ups
for fleet teams.
B) MIS, Insurance Claim Processing, Fuel Management & Statutory Compliance
1. MIS Reports generation.
2. Reports analysis.
3. Identifying and Communicating the areas of improvement to fleet executives.
4. Responsible for tracking the Vehicles maintenance and operations history.
5. Responsible for design, printing and supply of registers to fleet executives and
ambulances.
6. Responsible for coordinating with fleet executives and insurance agencies to get
the insurance claim processed.
7. Build rapport with insurance agencies for smooth processing of claims.
8. Responsible for documentation of insurance claims.
9. Responsible for defining, documenting and educating the fleet executives on
insurance claim process.
10. Responsible for monitoring Petro-cards issued to the vehicle.
11. Timely uploading balance in the Petro Card A/cs
12. Responsible for consolation of Petro Card A/cs
13. To Monitor Fuel consumption
14. Support Field staff for the issues related to Fuel
15. Owner for compliance of Statutory Documents those are required in our
Ambulances.
16. Owner & Central depository for total Data Base related to Ambulances.
17. Single point contact to represent Fleet with CFW
C) Vendor Management, FML, Fabrication, Procurement of Spares
1. To identify & develop the vendor base for Fabrication, procurement of Spares,
tyres, batteries and other Fleet related items
2. Represent AP EMRI with FML whenever it requires
3. Take up the issues related to Base vehicle with FML to derive a feasible solution
4. To coordinate with FML to facilitate Technical Training to FEs, Pilots & other
associates
5. Responsible for managing the inventory jointly with FML
6. Responsible for raising Pos related to Fleet purchases
7. Responsible for tracking the Procurement process of base vehicles
8. Responsible for tracking the Fabrication process of Ambulances
9. Owner for stickering & branding recommended by marketing on Ambulances
10. Responsible for identifying & handling innovative projects with respect to Fleet
11. Responsible for supply & maintenance of inventory at District & HO
12. Responsible for development of FML Dealer relations with EMRI
13. Responsible for tyre procurement, supply and tracking of their utilization
14. Responsible for Battery procurement, supply and tracking of their utilization
15. To take up warranty claims and issues with the vendors and resolve
16. Responsible for bring down the spares consumption and optimization of resources
17. Owner for tracking pre launch activities of the Ambulance
18. Owner for Fleet Processes to represent with Quality Team
19. Responsible for enhancement of competency levels of FEs
