Fixed Asset-Product Manager

You will be responsible for managing the fixed asset module in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) at EAZY ERP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Your primary duties will include ensuring accurate and timely recording of fixed asset transactions in compliance with IFRS/GAAP, overseeing asset capitalization, depreciation schedules, revaluations, impairments, transfers, and disposals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Finance and IT teams to align ERP system settings and configurations with business and regulatory requirements. As a part of your role, you will lead ERP projects related to fixed assets, including upgrades, implementations, and process enhancements. It will be your responsibility to reconcile the fixed asset register to the general ledger on a monthly basis, develop and enforce fixed asset policies and procedures, and support audits (internal and external) by providing necessary documentation and reports. You will also conduct end-user training on ERP processes related to fixed assets and analyze asset utilization to provide insights for capital budgeting and planning. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fixed asset accounting and ERP systems. You must have proven experience working with ERP systems such as SAP (FI-AA), Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics, and possess a strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP). Experience with large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades would be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across functions are essential for this role.
