Job Description

Configure, build, deploy, and administer hardware/software for cloud contact center infrastructure (virtualization stack, hypervisors, servers). Apna+1Jobaaj+1
Administer and maintain Five9 Cloud CC solutions, covering ACD, IVR, dialer, omnichannel, WFM/WFO, and reporting.
Design, configure, and optimize call flows, skills-based routing, IVR menus, and campaign setups.
Manage Five9 integrations with CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) and APIs/connectors.
Troubleshoot and resolve system outages, incidents, call quality issues, and configuration errors, taking operational ownership. Indeed+2Dice+2Greenhouse+2 Apna+1Jobaaj+1
Monitor KPIs (AHT, CSAT, SLA, abandon rate) and produce performance insights.
Assist in reporting/dashboard creation using Five9 analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
