Role Overview:

The Fitout Executive will be responsible for supervising and coordinating interior fitout works at assigned sites. The role involves ensuring that all fitout activities (civil, MEP, and finishing works) are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day interior fitout activities (civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor progress and quality of work against drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and compliance as per SILA and client standards.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, material checklists, and snag lists.
Support the Project Manager in billing verification, BOQ checking, and quantity estimation.
Coordinate with procurement and stores for material delivery and consumption.
Assist in managing client expectations, resolving site-level issues, and ensuring smooth execution.
Handover completed fitout works with proper documentation and closure reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
36 years of experience in interior fitout projects (residential, commercial, or retail).
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Ability to read drawings and prepare site progress reports.
Strong understanding of site execution and safety protocols.

Soft Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple contractors and deadlines.
Problem-solving and proactive approach.
