Key Responsibilities

• Make

  outbound sales calls

  and handle inbound enquiries from UK customers regarding telecom products (mobile plans, broadband, TV, SIM-only plans, landline services).
• Identify customer needs and

  present suitable telecom solutions

  , upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Meet and exceed

  sales targets

  , including conversions, revenue goals, and upselling KPIs.
• Provide accurate product information, including pricing, promotions, contract details, and service options.
  
• Maintain high levels of

  customer engagement and persuasion

  to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage follow-ups on leads, callbacks, and customer queries to ensure successful closures.
  
• Document customer interactions, sales outcomes, and follow-up actions using CRM systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with

  UK telecom regulations

• Handle objections professionally and work toward

  first-call resolution

• Work in

  rotational shifts
