Job Description

Experiecne : 3 to 5 years

Location : Chennai

Role

Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware solutions for various hardware platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
Implement and optimize embedded software modules to meet performance and efficiency goals.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of firmware to ensure reliability and functionality.
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Integrate firmware with external systems and devices, such as sensors and actuators.
Identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in firmware development.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in embedded systems.
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Provide technical support and assistance to clients and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech or relevant course in ECE, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
Strong proficiency in C programming language
Experience with microcontrollers, RTOS, and embedded systems design.
Knowledge of hardware and software integration principles.
Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.
Understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, and Ethernet.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
