FinTech Product Manager

Job Summary:

The FinTech Product Manager will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of digital financial products and platforms. This includes conceptualizing, developing, and launching innovative solutions in areas such as digital payments, lending, wealth management, open banking, and embedded finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define the

  product roadmap

  , vision, and success metrics for one or more FinTech product lines.
• Identify market opportunities by researching customer pain points, competition, and emerging financial technologies.

Product Development & Execution

• Work closely with

  engineering, design, and data teams

  to develop, test, and launch digital products (e.g., mobile banking apps, APIs, digital lending platforms, etc.).
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Prioritize features based on customer impact, ROI, and technical feasibility.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, risk, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and regulatory alignment.
  
• Engage with external partners such as payment networks, API providers, and tech vendors to integrate new solutions.
