Role Overview

A1apps is seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our growing portfolio of applications. In this role, you will define the product vision, translate business goals into actionable roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality products that deliver strong user and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with A1apps overall business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements through user research, analytics, market trends, and stakeholder input. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and data teams to plan, build, and deliver product releases efficiently.
• Ensure products are built with scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability to support growing user bases and future expansion.
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user behavior, and continuously iterate based on data, experimentation, and customer feedback.
• Drive initiatives focused on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization, balancing growth with user experience.
• Identify and execute opportunities for product improvement, optimization, and long-term scaling.
• Act as the primary product owner, ensuring strong alignment across stakeholders and clear communication of priorities and trade-offs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on digital or consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, agile development practices, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
