Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Financial Services Associate located in Hyderabad. The Financial Services Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with financial planning, portfolio management, and investment strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing financial data, providing recommendations, and assisting with measures to protect client funds. The role requires excellent communication to ensure clear and professional interactions with clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:

    Proactively identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Needs Analysis:

    Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Product Recommendations:

    Recommend and sell appropriate insurance and investment products from our portfolio, including those offered by Motilal Oswal.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
  • Sales and Marketing:

    Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services.


Compensation:


  • This is a commission-based position.
  • You will earn a percentage of the revenue generated from each client you acquire and manage., minimum 30K
  • No limit on commission potential based on your performance.
