Job Description

Job Purpose

The Financial Services Associate (FSA) is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and cross-selling a wide range of financial products like Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and Investment Plans. The role requires proactive customer engagement, strong product understanding, and effective relationship management to meet defined business targets.

Experience - 1 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets across financial products.
  • Conduct client meetings and explain financial products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Investment Plans, and Loan Products.
  • Counsel walk-in and referred customers from HDFC Limited branches and partner networks.
  • Generate new leads, influence customers, and drive conversions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry during lead registration and sales completion.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with HDFC Limited teams, DSAs, and Channel Partners.
  • Conduct joint calls with HDFC executives and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow up on post-sales service requests.

3. Account Servicing

  • Manage existing customer portfolios and handle renewals, claims, or service queries.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups for client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain a clear record of client interactions, transactions, and reports (DSR, Sales Diary, etc.).

4. Compliance & Quality

  • Adhere to all regulatory norms and obtain necessary certifications (IRDA, AMFI, etc.) for financial product sales.
  • Ensure accurate client information collection and maintain business quality standards.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
