Financial Service Associate

As a Financial Operations Executive focusing on Financial Statement Analysis (FSA) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in our finance operations team. Your primary responsibilities will involve validating automated financial reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting MIS reporting. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong understanding of financial statements, along with experience in stakeholder coordination and data validation. Preferred qualifications include M.Com, MBA in Finance, or CA/CA Inter, while any graduate with relevant finance experience will also be considered. Your key responsibilities will include validating financial reports like Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and Ratios generated by internal tools. You will cross-check report data with source systems, identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of MIS and financial reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, provide clarifications, and maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all validation processes. To excel in this role, you should have a strong grasp of financial statements and accounting standards, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with CAM/CMA is a plus. Your analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large data sets will be essential. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under strict timelines without compromising quality are also crucial.
