Job Summary: The Service Assistant will be responsible for providing efficient client service support related to mutual funds and insurance products. The role involves handling client queries, processing service requests, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with queries related to mutual funds and insurance products. Process service requests such as SIP/STP/SWP registration, redemptions, policy changes, nominee updates, etc. Coordinate with AMCs, insurance companies, and internal operations teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Follow up on pending applications, policy renewals, and investment transactions.
