• Drive sales of mutual fund products and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
• Acquire new clients through networking, references, open market activities, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and branches for smooth business operations.
• Conduct and organize Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs) to improve product knowledge and client engagement.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales within BFSI or Asset Management industry.
• NISM Series V-A Certification (mandatory – to be clearly mentioned in the CV).
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
