Job Description: As a Telesales Executive at our company, your role will involve client acquisition and grievance handling through telesales and cold callings. You will be responsible for explaining trading strategies, company terms, and market risks to clients. Your daily tasks will include generating prospects through telephonic, visual, and text conversations. Additionally, you will conduct risk profile management and trading strategy sessions with clients. Collaboration with the digital marketing and research team to provide the best service to clients is essential. Keeping abreast of global market trends and current affairs to serve investors and traders will be part of your responsibilities. Your main objective will be to achieve monthly tasks through client acquisition for generating leads.
