Job Description

As the FP&A Analytics & Digitization Solutions Sustain Advisor based in Pune, your primary responsibilities include understanding the boundaries of FBT FP&A Analytics and Digitization Product Sustain Teams duties in relation to other stakeholders, particularly Technology. You will collaborate with the Digital Product Sustain Lead to resolve conflicts regarding the finance and economic modelling tool supporting the Oil & Gas business. You will leverage your expertise in process and data flows to provide business and technical support to users, ensuring smooth delivery by either delegating tasks, performing support activities, or escalating issues based on the Analytics and Digitization Sustain and Product Support Models. Leading the Anansi Sustain team, you will be responsible for executing both business and technical support for the solution. Working closely with the wider team, you will ensure that all tasks are completed within the required Service Level Agreements and according to the defined support models. Your focus will be particularly crucial during month-end and semi-annual QPF/GFO processes, necessitating availability even during out-of-hours support. Collaborating with the Digital Product Sustain Lead, you will establish and oversee the prioritization of Product support activities such as defects, enhancements, and tasks. You will act as an escalation point for unresolved concerns or issues from user senior leader teams and address Product-specific support-related queries from the FP&A Product Team personnel. By leveraging your strong knowledge of finance and economic modelling solutions and analytical skills, you will identify and address issues in the solution's data flows. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvement within FBT and FP&A, based on your experience and learnings. Your role will involve interacting with various stakeholders, including Finance teams for process standardization and improvement, Technology for product design, implementation, and operation, and peer and senior stakeholder management for issue resolution and influencing. You must have a Business/Finance Degree or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar business area or industry. Preferred qualifications include Change Management accreditation and a finance professional qualification (CA, ACA). Experience in using Python, project management delivery techniques (Waterfall and Agile), and a general understanding of product management concepts are advantageous for this role. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to navigate ambiguity will be essential for success in this position.,
