Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

You will be joining a leading IT solutions provider as an FP&A Ops Manager, responsible for overseeing the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions. Your role will involve ensuring that financial strategies align with the company's objectives and operational needs. This position is based in Pune and Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans to align with organizational goals. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information, understand operational needs, and ensure accurate financial reporting. - Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes, systems, and reporting tools for increased efficiency and accuracy. - Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance. - Work closely with senior executives to develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including evaluating potential investments and business opportunities. Skills Required: - Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the use of business intelligence tools. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software applications. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and collaborate effectively across departments. - Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
