Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As a Financial Analyst at the company located in Mumbai (Vikhroli), your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Monthly Analysis along with reporting to the Regional office - Assist in publishing the Monthly Topline with the CEO & Regional office at the beginning of every month - Maintain company level premium register and premium MIS - Assist in various other month-end activities like preparation of monthly P&L, MIS, and tracking FGLI Market position - Deliver monthly business presentations for management - Generate and circulate various functional Variance analysis Actual vs Budget vs prior - Assist in Channel variance analysis - Assist in quarterly business forecast analysis to monitor company progress - Active involvement in preparation of yearly budgeting activity - Conduct competitive market analysis and comparisons to support critical business decisions - Assist in quarterly CFO & CEO decks for Board meetings Qualification Required: - CA with 4+ years of work experience or MBA finance with 5+ years of experience Key Skills: - Good understanding of the life insurance industry - Understanding of concepts like EOM, Solvency, IGAAP profits - SAP knowledge - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Good communication and presentation skills,
