Job Description

Designation: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A Analyst)
Experience: 7+ years
Mode of Work: Permanent, Remote
Location Preference: Anywhere in India
Shift Timing: Afternoon
CTC : Max 25 LPA

The selected candidate will independently lead the FP&A function, handling modelling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and KPI tracking. They will work directly with the CFO and collaborate with other departments as required.

Key Requirements

Strong proficiency in Excel (macros, scenario modelling)
Preferred: Power BI and Power Query
Experience with QuickBooks Online is required
Familiarity with FP&A tools/software is an advantage
Basic scripting/automation (Python, SQL, VBA) is desirable
SaaS/Subscription business model experience (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, ARPU)
Excellent communication skills
