What You Will Do | Key Responsibilities1. Patient Care & Counselling

• Provide end-to-end counselling to patients and their families regarding IVF procedures and treatment options.
• Explain medical consents and ensure patient understanding and compliance.
• Offer detailed financial counselling for all IVF packages and treatments.
• Drive patient conversions for IVF and allied fertility services.

2. Financial Operations

• Oversee and manage the financial counselling wing.
• Maintain records of all financial discussions, patient treatments, and suggested procedures (IUI, ICSI, OD/ED, etc.).
• Supervise tele-sales and counsellors under the financial wing.

3. Center Operations & Administration

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the fertility center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Monitor floor operations, patient flow, and service delivery to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Implement and adhere to SOPs, clinic protocols, and compliance standards.

4. Team & Staff Management

• Prepare and manage duty rosters for department staff.
• Oversee performance, efficiency, and discipline of all center employees.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and coordinate with HR on staffing and training needs.

5. Data & Documentation

• Maintain hospital records and IVF patient data.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for audits and internal assessments.
• Track overall performance metrics and share periodic reports with senior management.

6. Interdepartmental Coordination

• Liaise with accounts, pharmacy, marketing, and branding teams.
• Coordinate with AMC service providers for machine maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement and payments.

What We Expect From You

• Strong background in patient counselling and financial discussions, preferably in IVF or healthcare.
• Proven experience in operations or center management in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and lead cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance understanding.
