Financial Controller

As a Finance Controller at our company based in Noida, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial and accounting operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of the organization's financial records while aligning them with the company's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting processes to drive the financial health of the organization. Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will be in charge of preparing consolidated financial statements, monitoring financial performance, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring accurate accounting records and adherence to standards. Your role will also encompass ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements, as well as developing and enforcing financial policies and procedures to mitigate risks. In addition to managing the finance team, you will provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and insights. Collaboration with other departments to support business decisions and ensure financial objectives are met will be an essential part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a professional certification such as ACA, CPA, or equivalent. With a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, you should have proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Strong knowledge of accounting software, financial systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling is essential, along with a deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements. As a detail-oriented, organized, and strategic thinker, you should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to excel in this role.
