The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Strong financial management skills, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Comprehensive knowledge of compliance with accounting standards and proficiency in preparing financial statements. - Exceptional analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret financial information to make strategic decisions. - Effective communication and collaboration skills when engaging with various stakeholders. - Previous experience in interacting with external auditors and regulatory bodies. - Proficiency in utilizing financial software and tools. - A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or any related certification will be considered a plus.
