Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and control, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software applications, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or Xero.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
