Financial Controller

The Financial Controller will aid our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead end-to-end finance function for all group companies (ISP, Software, Solar, ITES).

2.Manage accounting, compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC), and audits.

3.Build and implement financial controls, SOPs, and policies across companies.

4.Oversee cash flow management, fund planning, and working capital optimization.

5.Consolidate accounts across group companies for management MIS.

6.Drive automation and integration of finance tools (Tally, Power BI, APIs with banks/operations).

7.Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and liaise with tax authorities.

8.Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

9.Provide financial insights to management for strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

6 to10 years of experience

•Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Companies Act compliance, and Indian accounting standards.

•Hands-on experience in TallyPrime, financial consolidation, and reporting tools.

•Exposure to automation, ERP integrations, or Power BI will be an added advantage.

•Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
