Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Control

• Prepare

  annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

  for the hotel.
• Monitor and control operational and capital expenditures.
  
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Ensure profitability through

  cost optimization and revenue enhancement strategies

  .

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee

  daily accounting operations

  , payroll, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with

  statutory requirements, GST, TDS, and other tax laws

  .
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure clean audit results.
  

Management Reporting

• Prepare and present

  monthly P&L statements

  and performance metrics to senior management.
• Provide financial insights for decision-making to the

  General Manager and Executive Committee

  .

Internal Controls

• Implement and monitor

  internal control procedures

  to safeguard hotel assets.
• Ensure compliance with

  financial policies

  and local regulations.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations.
  

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong knowledge of

  hospitality finance operations

  and

  USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
