Financial Controller

Job Summary:

The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing accurate financial reports, developing financial strategies, and leading budgeting, forecasting, and audits. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with statutory law, financial regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team.
• Supervise finance team members and support their development.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, costs, financial performance, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
