We’re looking for a Finance Analyst with the curiosity of a student and the drive of a future expert. You’ll spend a lot of your early time learning, researching, and analyzing U.S. real estate trends — so that over time, you can help shape our investment strategies, lending models, or acquisition plans.

This is an opportunity to build your expertise in one of the most important financial sectors of our time.


What You’ll Do

Conduct deep research into U.S. real estate markets, trends, and data (multifamily, residential, commercial, etc.)

Track interest rates, housing supply/demand, rent trends, and regional policies

Build databases, dashboards, or reports to summarize findings for the team

Learn real estate finance fundamentals: cap rates, NOI, IRR, etc.

Support modeling and underwriting as your skills grow

Collaborate with internal teams (loan, product, strategy) as a go-to research resource.


Who You Are

Curious, analytical, and independent

Comfortable handling data, charts, and spreadsheets

Passionate about equity in housing and property access

Self-motivated, coachable, and ready to grow


Requirements

1–3 years of experience in finance, economics, real estate, or data research

Comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Sheets, or Excel

Excellent written communication and documentation skills

Able to summarize complex information clearly

Strong time management and self-directed learning abilit


Bonus Points

Background in real estate, housing markets, or investment research

Familiarity with U.S. housing policy, zoning, or urban economics

Knowledge of basic financial modeling or real estate metrics

Experience with tools like Excel, SQL, CoStar, or Reonomy
