The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting business decision-making through detailed financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Analyse variances between actuals, Forecasts, and budgets, and provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning. Monitor key financial metrics (e.g., revenue, margins, operating expenses, cash flow).Assist in preparing management presentations and dashboards, Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, procurement, etc.) to understand business drivers, Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Support audits and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred), 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting, Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling, Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite),Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, Experience in [industry name, e.g., life insurance, manufacturing, or tech, Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).Industry preference- IT / ITES / Technology, Financial Services, Consulting etc. Should be open to working in rotational shifts
