About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers (individuals and businesses) to promote insurance products and services.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and policy details to customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent customer engagement pipeline.
Record customer details, interaction history, and transaction information accurately.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the on-field sales team when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream OR HSC with at least 1 year of work experience.
13 years of relevant experience in sales, telemarketing, or financial product promotion.
Prior experience in
insurance, banking, personal loans
, or financial services is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
Should be confident, customer-centric, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
