Job Title: Financial Advisor Department: Sales / Wealth Management / Financial Services Location: Hyderabad Region Reports To: Branch Manager / Financial Services Manager / Regional Head Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:The Financial Advisor is responsible for providing clients with sound financial guidance and solutions tailored to their goals and needs. This includes advising on investments, insurance, retirement planning, tax-saving options, and overall financial health. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for helping people make informed financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:Identify clients’ financial goals through meetings and consultations. Recommend appropriate financial products and services (e.g., mutual funds, insurance, fixed deposits, retirement plans, tax-saving instruments). Develop customized financial plans and investment strategies. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to review portfolios and adjust strategies. Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and new financial products. Build and grow a client base through cold calling, referrals, networking, and follow-ups. Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree Certification as a financial planner (e.g., CFP, AMFI, IRDA license) is an advantage. Proven experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, or investment sales. Strong understanding of financial products and markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and goal-oriented mindset. High integrity and confidentiality in handling client data. Proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning tools. Working Conditions:Office-based with regular client meetings (in-person or virtual). May require travel for client acquisition or servicing. Flexible working hours depending on client availability.
