Financial Accountant (Full time)

Bookkeeping & Financial Management

• Maintain daily accounts in Tally with accurate bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Scrutinize debtors/creditors, manage payments, receipts, and ensure proper invoice tracking.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
• Conduct monthly and year-end closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Generate weekly reports to keep management updated on financial status and compliance.

Taxation & Compliance

• GST Compliance: Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including 2A/2B reconciliation, timely return filings, monthly payments, and annual audits.
• TDS/TCS Compliance: Oversee TDS/TCS compliance, including monthly workings, timely return filings, reconciliations, and annual audits.
• Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.

Audits & Documentation

• Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy in financial documentation and compliance.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring financial records are up to date.
• Maintain and organize all accounting-related documents on Google Drive for easy access.

Advisory & Team Supervision

• Provide financial advisory on tax planning, regulatory compliance, and financial strategies.
• Supervise junior accountants, provide training, and enhance team performance.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, including daily book-keeping, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting.
• Proven expertise in GST & TDS/TCS compliance, including 2A/2B reconciliations, return filings, monthly payments, and annual audits for at least 5 years.
• End-to-end experience in finalizing accounts, preparing and analyzing Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements independently.
• Strong knowledge of statutory filings and compliance, including income tax, professional tax, and ROC filings applicable to LLPs.

• Strong execution skills, ability to follow up rigorously, and ensure timely completion of all financial tasks.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new tools, regulations, and processes rapidly.
• Tech-savvy, proficient in Tally, Excel, and adaptable to new accounting systems.
• Problem-solver with strong decision-making skills to resolve financial discrepancies.

Please Note:

• Working hours needed: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm every day.
• An experience letter will be provided after successful completion of the term.
• Letter of Recommendation will be provided based on exceptional conduct.
• Minimum tenure for this position would be 24 months, with the first 3 months being probationary. 
• CTC: INR 2.4 - 3.6 lac per annum fixed + incentives
