Job Description

Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as Coupa, Salesforce, HighRadius, and ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business needs and integration requirements.
Configure and maintain the NetSuite system, including user setup, roles, permissions, and workflows.
Use ServiceNow to manage user requests, incidents, and projects related to NetSuite integration and customization.
Work closely with business stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of NetSuite.
Bringing in subject matter expertise in Finance Systems processes, promoting the adoption of leading industry practices as we build a scalable platform for the long-term.
Playing a key role in ongoing system analysis and maintenance, providing troubleshooting assistance and recommending best practices. This includes assisting with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management and optimized usage within NetSuite.
Providing Level 1 support to debug and troubleshoot production issues, coordinating with NetSuite Support on issues that require external resolution. Performing functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance.
Identifying requirements that cannot be met with standard NetSuite functionality, suggesting custom solutions. Assisting with data cleanup, conversions, import data, data migration, and providing project team and end-user training.
Knowledge of Coupa is an added advantage.
