We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Systems Administrator to join our SSC team. The role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation and administration of finance systems including SAP Concur, Blackline, and Tradeshift, with a potential expansion to Infor LN as our ERP landscape evolves. This role requires a strong understanding of both IT systems and finance processes, making it ideal for a tech-savvy finance professional with hands-on experience in these platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and support of finance systems including SAP Concur, Blackline, and Tradeshift.
- Support the deployment and future integration of Infor LN as part of the ERP implementation project.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system users, addressing technical issues, system improvements, and process automation.
- Collaborate closely with finance, IT, and operational teams to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Oversee data management, security, and user access within the finance systems.
- Develop and deliver user training, ensuring effective system utilization.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for advanced support when needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data security protocols, and financial regulations.
- Generate reports and data extracts for management, supporting financial analysis and decision-making.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance systems administration, ideally within a Shared Service Center or multinational organization.
- Proficiency in SAP Concur, Blackline, and Tradeshift is essential. Experience with Infor LN or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, including procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and financial close cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- High degree of initiative, with a proactive approach to system improvements.
- Familiarity with data security best practices and internal control frameworks.
