Role Overview
The Transactional Planning & Controlling Specialist is tasked with executing activities for specific dimensions, including the creation and modification of master data, running allocation cycles, and preparing Line of Business (LoB), Profit & Loss (P&L), and month-end reports
Key Result Areas
Transactional Planning & Controlling
- Execute transactional Planning & Controlling activities, focusing on tool-based optimization and closing support linked to accounting and FICO.
- Support all controlling activities, month-end closing, and budgeting processes.
- Prepare necessary monthly reconciliations and reports.
- Maintain master data for dimensions (e.g., Cost Center, Work Breakdown Structure) in SAP and other tools
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures to automate tasks within closing, planning, and master data maintenance.
- Provide support for standard queries related to SAP tools.
- Assist during internal or external audits.
- Contribute to staff development.
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities related to Transactional Planning & Controlling as assigned
