Finance Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Specialist located in Noida. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate accounting records. Your tasks will include budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as collaborating with other departments to support financial decision-making. You will also be involved in the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems. You should have strong analytical skills for accurate data analysis and financial decision-making. Proficiency in Finance and Financial Statements is required, along with a solid understanding of Accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Relevant experience with financial software and tools is expected. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is necessary for this role. Prior experience in a finance role is a plus.,
