Proficiency in Finance and Financial Statements is required, along with a solid understanding of Accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Relevant experience with financial software and tools is expected. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is necessary for this role.
