Company Overview: Loop is building the enterprise co-pilot for restaurants, starting with delivery. Over the last 3 years, delivery & digital ordering grew 10x into a major source of restaurant revenue, throwing up fundamental operational and financial challenges. With Loop, restaurants can view their P&L in real time, automate closing books, improve order accuracy, diagnose poor performance and empower their teams withfeedback.

Key Responsibilities:

1–2 years’ hands-on finance experience in a startup environment
Manage monthly customer invoicing and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records
Perform routine bookkeeping and reconciliations in Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Prepare and share weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports with management
Conduct quarterly commission audits and process payouts for the Sales team
Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger entries
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts
Support the preparation of financial reports and MIS as required
