Finance Specialist - FP&A Operations

Capex Controlling

• Budget preparation by interacting with cross functional leader and project managers
• Weekly/fortnightly/Monthly MIS on actuals WRT budget
• Budget control thru SAP
• Creation of Asset with Investment order facility
• CWIP analysis on fortnightly basis thru SAP
• Periodical update of Capex actual Cash out and projection of cash requirement.

• Regular interaction with stakeholders for final confirmation on asset to capitalize

• Life analysis based on nature of asset

• Life analysis based on nature of asset

• Depreciation reconciliation (Check point) Excel vS SAP

• Interaction with Internal & External auditor
  

Cost Controlling

• Monthly preparation structural cost of factory with preparation of variance (Budget vS Actuals)
• Cost trend analysis and monitoring of cost reduction projects with actuals.

Required Qualifications

• Qualification , CA/ICWA / MBA finance from a accredited university . This role requires experience in the Finance & Capex Control , at least 3 years post qualification experience in Manufacturing Industry finance function.
• Hands on working experience in SAP environment.
• Having good command on Excel and any other analytical software.
• Statutory knowledge on Capitalization and depreciation
