About the Role:
We are looking for an Account Manager – NBFC Partnerships & SCF who will drive our financial enablement engine. This role is responsible for NBFC licensing, new NBFC partnerships, supply chain finance (SCF) sales, and enabling seamless financing solutions for SME exporters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage NBFC licensing processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Lead SCF sales, driving adoption of financing solutions for SME exporters.
Identify, onboard, and manage new NBFC partners to expand our lending ecosystem.
Maintain strong relationships with finance partners, ensuring smooth credit operations and turnaround.
Work closely with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver optimal financing experiences.
Track market and regulatory developments across SCF and NBFC segments.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in NBFC partnerships, SCF sales, fintech lending, or financial operations.
Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, documentation, and compliance.
Proven experience in managing lender relationships and closing financing deals.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Prior exposure to MSME/SME lending is a strong bonus.

Pay: ₹16,145.22 - ₹70,000.66 per month
