Within the Decathlon Indias Finance department, you will integrate the IFO team playing a cross function for the different Finance Business team.

As enablers, we ease the business decision providing reliable data through optimized process and ensuring project management to implement new finance solutions and technology.

As guardians we ensure the fiscal, legal and internal compliance of our financials for all activities. Additionally we ensure the efficiency of our process and solutions through the good balance of cost/quality monitoring.

As a Financial Process Specialist leading the Production and BtoB Process, your responsibilities are the following :

Production Finance Process Specialist:

You ensure the integrity of the flows for Production components and finished goods sales and purchases.

You ensure the Production margin consistency during the monthly closing period.

You ensure the support for the good gesture to the operational team.

You animate the production finance team on their respective accounting data quality.

You coordinate the projects impacting the production financials as Finance POC.

You challenge existing processes, streamline and ensure the continuous improvement balancing efficiency and compliance.

BtoB Finance Process Specialist:

You ensure the integrity of the flows for BtoB activity, monitoring a cash to sale reconciliation.

You ensure the BtoB margin consistency during the monthly closing period.

You ensure the support for the good gesture to the operational team.

You animate the BtoB finance team on their respective accounting data quality.

You innovate to bring automation in a growing process.

You challenge existing processes, streamline and ensure the continuous improvement balancing efficiency and compliance.

You have 3-4 years of successful working experience as a Finance Analyst/ Associate / Financial Planning and Analysis / Senior Accountant or in the Corporate FP& team and a minimum qualification of CA/ MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance).

Eager to learn, you have a continuous improvement mindset and take initiative to change the existing situation.

You must have advanced knowledge in Excel, Google sheet and must be curious to learn new tools, technology.

You should have good presentation and communication skills.

You should have a strong interest in analysis and project management.

You should have a team spirit and a strong sense of customer service.

Your energy and curiosity will help you understand and evolve our processes.

Must be a Sports Enthusiast.
