Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage ambulance drivers and emergency medical staff.
Ensure operational readiness of emergency vehicles including maintenance, availability, and cleanliness.
Coordinate with government departments and local authorities for smooth execution of services.
Monitor field activities, respond to emergencies as needed, and ensure service quality.
Prepare and maintain reports related to field performance, vehicle utilization, and incidents.
Ensure adherence to protocols and company standards at all times.
Travel extensively within the assigned region.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
:

B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
OR
Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Experience
: Relevant field/operations/supervisory experience preferred.
Location Flexibility
: Must be open to relocation anywhere in Rajasthan.
Skills Required
:

Team leadership and interpersonal skills
Basic technical understanding of vehicles
Report writing and documentation
Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable with fieldwork and travel
