Key Responsibilities

1. ETP Operations Management

• Operate and monitor

  ETP systems

  , including equalization tanks, aeration systems, clarifiers, filters, chemical dosing units, sludge handling systems, RO/ZLD (if applicable).
• Maintain optimal performance of physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes.
• Conduct routine sampling, testing (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, conductivity), and maintain operations data.

2. Process Monitoring & Control

• Adjust chemical dosing based on effluent characteristics and process needs.
• Ensure continuous treatment of effluent generated from chemical, hydrometallurgy, and metal-recovery operations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to the supervisor when required.

3. Equipment Handling & Maintenance

• Check and maintain pumps, blowers, agitators, pipelines, dosing pumps, and filtration systems.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities with the maintenance team.
• Assist in shutdown/startup procedures and cleaning operations of ETP components.

Role 2- DM Operatorn

Key Responsibilities

1. DM Plant Operations

• Operate and monitor

  DM water treatment systems

  , including softeners, RO units, mixed-bed exchangers, resin handling, and regeneration cycles.
• Maintain optimal water quality parameters as required for chemical and hydrometallurgical processes.
• Conduct routine sampling, testing (pH, conductivity, TDS), and maintain operational logs.

2. Production & Process Support

• Ensure continuous supply of DM water to various sections of the mineral recycling plant.
• Coordinate with production operators to align DM water output with process requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and troubleshoot equipment or process issues.

3. Equipment Handling & Maintenance

• Monitor pumps, valves, dosing systems, filters, and storage tanks.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Assist in shutdown/startup procedures and support corrective maintenance.
