Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) professional with a CA/CMA qualification to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and providing insights that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets.
Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast) and identify key rivers.
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process.
Collaborate with department heads to gather financial inputs and support strategic planning.
Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to management insights management.
Monitor key financial KPIs and prepare dashboards/reports for senior management.
Assist in preparing presentations for Board meetings, investor reports, and management reviews.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS/GAAP as applicable).
Work closely with auditors and tax consultants during statutory, internal and tax audits.

Qualifications & Experience:

7+ years of post-qualification experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in [industry].
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and MIS reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, etc.)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems and advanced data visualization tools.
Exposure to strategic planning or M&A analysis is a plus.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
