Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Work on the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, including capital expenditure and monthly variance analysis.
Create financial models to support pricing for BPO services in RFPs and bids.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights on revenue and cost optimization.
Create monthly management presentations and have a strong background in PowerPoint presentations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with the organizations strategic goals.
Monthly financial reporting cycle, including variance analysis, management reporting, and presentation of key insights.
Provide insights on improvement initiatives in financial processes, reporting systems, and automation tools to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
Proficiency in understanding Accounting principles and deriving cashflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
2-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A or a related financial role.
Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial forecasting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software applications (e.g., ERP, BI tools).
