Role Description

Accounts & Operations Intern

You will work closely with the founding team to maintain financial records, support vendor documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between finance and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and expense documentation.
• Prepare and track purchase orders (PO), proforma invoices (PI), and payment details.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for billing and documentation.
• Assist in bookkeeping, data entry, and record management.
• Support administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation of operations.
• Work with the finance team and consultants for accounting and compliance requirements.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in

  Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields

  .
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel / Google Sheets

  and familiarity with Tally or other accounting tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with good communication skills.

It’s a Plus If You Have:

• Experience in accounting or administrative internships.
• Familiarity with GST, invoice management, or vendor payment processes.
• Exposure to startup or small business environments.
