Company Description EVtron Tech is a startup dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation with reliable, efficient, and user-friendly charging infrastructure. We offer a broad range of EV chargers for various settings, including residential, commercial, and large-scale public installations. Additionally, our innovative Cloud Management System (CMS) enables users to monitor, manage, and optimize their EV charging operations. Role Description We are looking for a PCB Design Intern to support our hardware engineering team in the development of next-generation EV charging solutions. This role involves working with electronic design automation (EDA) tools to create schematics, PCB layouts, and simulations. The ideal candidate should have a background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and a passion for circuit design, PCB development, and power electronics. This position is best suited for engineering students or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in PCB design and hardware development within a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Work with design tools (EasyEDA, KiCad, Altium or similar) to create schematics and PCB layouts. Perform circuit simulations and validate designs before prototyping. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and optimize PCBs for EVSE products. Assist in preparing Gerber files, BOMs, and design documentation for manufacturing. Support testing and debugging of prototypes in collaboration with hardware engineers. Ensure designs meet electrical, thermal, and safety requirements. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Electrical/Electronics engineering field. Familiarity with PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, OrCAD, or similar). Basic knowledge of circuit design, electronic components, and power electronics. Strong fundamentals in schematic design, PCB layout, and simulation. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and documentation skills. It’s a Plus If You Have: Hands-on experience in PCB fabrication and assembly. Knowledge of EMI/EMC design considerations. Understanding of EV charging systems, renewable energy, or embedded systems. Experience with debugging tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, or logic analyzers. Why Join Us?
