Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at SkillCircle located in Connaught Place, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be tasked with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws, conducting financial risk management, and optimizing costs. Your collaboration with leadership will be essential in supporting business strategy and growth, and you will also liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws. - Conduct financial risk management and cost optimization. - Collaborate with leadership to support business strategy and growth. - Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA/CFA preferred). - Proven experience (4+ years) in finance management or a related role. - Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting. - Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
