Job Title : Finance Manager - Male Candidate Only Job Summary : The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial health of the organization. This role includes overseeing the financial planning, managing risk, conducting data analysis, and advising senior management on financial decisions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities : Financial Planning & Analysis : Develop, implement, and oversee financial strategies to ensure financial health. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Analyze financial trends, market conditions, and the company's financial performance to support decision-making. Financial Reporting : Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Cash Flow Management : Oversee and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for operational needs. Monitor investments and financing options to optimize capital usage. Risk Management : Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Budgeting & Cost Control : Prepare and monitor budgets, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Provide insights on variances between actual and budgeted figures. Team Leadership : Lead and manage the finance team, fostering professional development and ensuring productivity. Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Key Skills : Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory standards. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze financial data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions. Leadership : Capable of leading and motivating a finance team while working collaboratively with other departments. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in financial reporting and managing budgets. Risk Management : Proficiency in identifying risks and creating strategies to mitigate them. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Technology Proficiency : Experience with financial software and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks. Problem-Solving : Ability to resolve financial challenges and offer practical business solutions. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CA inter or related field (Masters or MBA preferred). Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is an advantage. Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of experience in financial management in the manufacturing industry.
