Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Team Lead to join our team in the Accounts Payable department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and issues.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of accountants.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
